These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI for All UK website and any information, content, materials, or services made available through it (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by AI for All UK Ltd ("AI for all UK", "we", "us", or "our").
By using the Site, enrolling in a course, submitting a contact form, or otherwise interacting with us online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
The Site describes our AI education courses, workshops, corporate training programmes, and digital learning materials (collectively, "Services"). Specific details of any bespoke corporate training engagement may be set out in a separately agreed training agreement or statement of work ("Training Agreement"), which will outline the programme scope, schedule, fees, and other essential details.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Training Agreement, the terms of the applicable Training Agreement will control solely with respect to the programme covered by that agreement.
When you enrol in a course or workshop, you will receive access to the relevant learning materials, resources, and any associated community or support channels for the duration specified at the point of purchase. Access is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to others unless expressly permitted.
We reserve the right to update or modify course content from time to time to keep materials current and accurate. Where changes are substantial, we will endeavour to notify enrolled learners in advance.
Where a course or workshop includes a certificate of completion, it will be issued upon satisfying the stated requirements (for example, completing all modules or attending all sessions). Certificates are issued by AI for All UK Ltd and represent completion of the programme only. They do not constitute a professional qualification or accreditation unless explicitly stated.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our infrastructure, or any related systems, nor may you attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Site.
All course content, learning materials, presentations, videos, worksheets, templates, and other resources provided as part of our Services ("Materials") are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for your own learning and professional development.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any Materials without our prior written consent. We retain all intellectual property rights in our curricula, methodologies, tools, templates, and know-how.
Fees for our courses, workshops, and training programmes are stated at the point of purchase or in the applicable Training Agreement. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Our refund policy will be communicated at the time of enrolment and may vary by programme.
We process personal data in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect via the Site, including through the contact and enrolment forms, how we use it, and your rights. By using the Site or submitting personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
The Site and its content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or career advice and must not be relied on as such. You should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions that could affect your business or career.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI for All UK Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI for All UK Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your unauthorised use or distribution of our Materials.
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
